We've seen this run by all of the top spread offenses. The QB and RB (no 2) act like they are running an option to the right. The wide receiver comes in and cuts it inside the offensive line, the QB shovel passes the ball to him.

The quarterback also has the option of keeping it if the interior clamps down, or flipping it to the RB if the End or LB is on him.
